It is easy to guess what the Brabus Deep Blue 900 is. The German tuner uses metric horsepower in the designation of its creations. We’re thus dealing with 900 PS or 888 HP, coming out of a twin-turbocharged V8 with a capacity increased from the standard 4.0 liters to 4.5 liters. Torque is limited to 774 lb-ft (1,050 Nm) to protect the drivetrain that is not designed for such figures. Otherwise, it could go as far as 1,250 Nm.
Wearing 24-inch wheels and an upgraded suspension, the monstrous G 63 can now hit 100 km/h (62 mph) from a standstill in 3.7 seconds on its way to a top speed of 280 km/h (174 mph).
The model sports a widebody kit that makes it look fierce. It got fender flares, a redesigned front fascia, and the Brabus logo replaced the three-pointed star just about everywhere. There is a new hood with a massive scoop. The tuner also came up with fender vents and a carbon fiber rear roof spoiler.
The theme goes on on board with plenty of that dark blue shade and carbon fiber. Quilted leather wraps the seats, door cards, and even the boot.
The package includes the Brabus Shadow 900 Sun-Top Deep Blue Signature Edition boat. It is powered by two 4.6-liter Mercury Marine outboard V8 engines that bring along 900 horsepower. The 38-foot super boat matches every detail of the G 63. But on water, it’s slower than its counterpart on land. It can go as fast as 69 mph (111 km/h).
Fast is obviously not a characteristic – which is good, of course – for the third member of the package, the Brabus Blue Shadow Edition watch. The titanium watch bears the Panerai Luminor signature and is waterproof to 30 bar.
The whole package goes for 1.18 million Euros. That would be around $1.2 million at the current exchange rate. But those who only want to take the Brabus 900 Deep Blue G 63 home will “only” have to pay $550,000.
