Guests will be able to check out the robust proportions of the car with an extended wheelbase of 2,995 mm (80 mm extra), providing extra space. Surprisingly for a 3-row vehicle, the legroom for the second row has increased by 69 mm to 1,045 mm.
The GLE provides a luggage compartment capacity of up to 825 liters (135 liters extra) and up to 2,055 liters when the second row is folded down via the especially fitted buttons.
The premium SUV is also equipped with the innovative MBUX system, that made its debut with the new A-Class last February.
In Paris, Mercedes is displaying the 450 4MATIC variant, powered by the newly developed six-cylinder engine, assisted by a 48-Volt technology. The engine is capable of supplying the driver with 367 horsepower and 500 Nm, and with extra 22 horsepower and 250 Nm for short periods.
