Mercedes-Benz at the 2020 Geneva Motor Show – The complete list of the premieres

Mercedes-Benz will take center stage at the 2020 Geneva Motor Show with several world and European premieres. At the 90th edition of the event, the premium car maker is bringing three AMG models, the revised E-Class and a concept vehicle.

The new cars and the concept will be revealed on the 3rd of March in Geneva, but the “Meet Mercedes” event is set to take place one day ahead, on the 2nd. Invited journalists will have the opportunity to be face to face with the cars that the world will meet the following day.

  • The refreshed E-Class will come with several hybrid variants. One of them will be in Geneva next month. Mercedes has also prepared a sportier Avantgarde exterior together with the latest generation of the Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC, Active Stop-and-Go Assist, Active Steering Assist and others.
    The sedan will feature a completely redesigned steering wheel and it will be available as standard with two large 10.25-inch displays, side by side, under the same widescreen look.The AMG variant will also be at the Mercedes stand in Geneva.
  • The Marco Polo compact camper van will come to show its two intelligent “innovations”, carried over from various passenger car models of the company. The MBAC (Mercedes-Benz Advanced Control) interface module will be integrated with introduction of the MBUX.   • The Vision AVTR (Advaned Vehicle Transformation) has made its world premiere at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas and is finally coming to Europe. It is inspired by James Cameron’s blockbuster “Avatar” and has been developed by the Mercedes-Benz design team together with the producers and designers working on the movie. What makes it even more special is the revolutionary battery technology, based on graphene organic cell chemistry.
