It looks like it was worth the wait. The Mercedes-AMG ONE showed its “face” after years of delay that must have seemed interminably long to customers. But now they can as well get the Big Pilot’s Watch Constant-Force Tourbillion Edition “AMG ONE OWNERS.”

Three years later than expected and five years after Mercedes-AMG revealed the Project ONE concept, the limited edition model came with a 1.6-liter V6 engine and four electric motors. Those are enough for 1,063 PS (1,048 HP), a run from zero to hero (62 mph/100 kph) in 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 219 mph (352 kph).

But if owners need something to remind them that time runs slower than the ONE, here is the Big Pilot’s Watch Constant-Force Tourbillion Edition, specifically designed for the owners of the company’s first hypercar.

This Is the Watch Exclusively Designed for the Mercedes-AMG ONE Owners (6)

It is a timepiece that Mercedes-AMG designed together with IWC Schaffhausen. There is a 46.2-millimeter titanium aluminide (TiAL) case, finished with polished and sandblasted surfaces. The black dial features details carried out from the car itself. Meanwhile, the ring-shaped form of the outer dial found inspiration in the front end air inlets of the ONE. The Petronas green on the dial and other components contrasts the elegant black and silver combo.

There is a power reserve indicator at 4 o’clock, resembling a tachometer. Oversized luminous hands indicate time. The highlight is the massive tourbillon regulator and its constant-force device at 9 o’clock. The watch wraps around the wrist with a two-tone strap displaying Mercedes stars in Petronas green.

Only the owners of the Mercedes-AMG ONE will be able to get such a timepiece. Therefore, only 275 pieces will be available, since only 275 hypercars will roll off the assembly line.

Mercedes claims the watch is “perfect for thrilling milliseconds on the racetrack or unforgettable moments on the street.”
