The facelifted Mercedes-Benz A-Class AMG Line was displayed, last week, at the Bangsar Shopping Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, looking absolutely smashing. Street artists have given the cars a daring look. But who is supposed to drive them now?
Street artists Orkibal, Donald Abraham and Fritilldea, along with their new teammate Fauzan Fuad, making up the art group Foursome KL, were engaged to design a hot new look for the Mercedes-Benz A 20 AMG Line.
So this is what came out of their hands: brightly-colored vehicles with a very daring hand-drawn graffiti. The vibrant hues splashed over the three As, together with the monochrome combination applied on the fourth, were as striking for the shopping center guests as no cloths store can be.
After being shown at the mall, the four-car flashy convoy was moved to the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Center (KLPac) for the weekend, as part of the Mercedes-Benz Urban Hunting Art and Music Festival.
To prove their ideas come out of the blue, the artists performed a live demonstration. Between 10 am – 6 pm, the guests could join art and jam sessions, enroll their kids for arts and crafts workshops, watch Malaysian short films and watch live shows by local music artists in Sentul Park. All events were part of the Mercedes-Benz Urban Hunting event.
