Not for a second have we doubted that the elegantly extravagant 2019 Mercedes-Benz G-Class would be any less of an off-roader. And the first videos of the new car prove that it is just as invincible as ever once it leaves the tarmac behind and hits the off-road.
With extra ground clearance, the G-Class stands 6 milimeters higher from the ground than its predecessor. The technical details that we have previously presented only confirm that it has a dual personality: a VIP-class vehicle for the asphalt and a civilian Buffalo for the roughest of the rocks, river beds and steep inclines.
Deeply dipped in water and dust, the all-mighty G escapes with its round LEDs being the first to be seen of the boxy robust solid silhouette that has been so familiar to off-road purists for approximately four whole decades.
