Meet Lord Hans. It is the Mercedes-Benz G500 4×4² in a more exotic approach. It belongs to a world famous freeskier and videoblogger, an enthusiast of strange exotic vehicles.
Exclusively modified for him, Lord Hans had its roof chopped off last year, as we showed then. There is also a practical reason for it. It was always way too high for the underground carparks in the principality of Monaco. But without the roof, it fits just fine. And Jon Olsson would not stop at that with the overhauling of his massive now convertible luxury off-roader.
He eventually sent the vehicle to a tuning company and demanded for a bespoke fabric roof to keep him protected from the rainy winters of the Mediterranean coast. He also requested a new body painting, this time in white, to match his clothing brand. The white replaces the previous grey-black combo. Various elements have also received a white finish, such as the wheel springs.
The tuning house has also performed a surgery on the 4.0-liter V8 of the G500 4×4², taking its output all the way to 850 horsepower. The specialists have fitted an aftermarket exhaust system to match the power. The vehicle is now loud enough to wake up the entire principality.
Now it is not exactly a G 650 Landaulet, but probably the next best thing.
