The limousine standardly comes with a 6.0-liter V12 engine rated at 630 PS and 1,000 Nm of torque. A seven-speed automatic gearbox takes it to the rear wheels. The car flashes from a standstill to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.6 seconds. Not bad considering that the Maybach is far from being a ballerina at 2.4 tons (5,300 lbs).
All the luxury comes for quite a price, exceeding $200,000 in the U.S., one of the largest markets for the model, and that price is even before ticking any of the options of the long list of possibilities.
