Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer has been around the world taking Santa Claus to all those who have been good this year. You may think he is tired. Well, not as long as he is powered by an AMG 5.5-liter V8 engine.
The V8 develops 557 horsepower (or reindeerpower today, only!) in the Mercedes-AMG CLS 63, making the car dash (unless there is snow on the road) from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.7 seconds.
To entertain fans worldwide, Mercedes-AMG has fitted the CLS 63 with reindeer horns and has put a nose-like decoration on the bonnet. Then they sent the car making doughnuts on a closed course and smoking tires, wishing the performance brand’s enthusiasts a fast and furious Christmas.
