Brabus Rocket 900, based on the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S 4Matic+ is an absolute track beast. And the figures only come to confirm it.

As the name hints, the car comes with 900 horsepower. The Brabus engineers rose the capacity of the 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine all the way to 4.5 liters to make room for the ballistic performance the vehicle is now capable of.

In order to achieve the new figures, the Brabus experts worked on a bespoke precision-balanced billet crankshaft with the stroke increased to 100 millimeters. They also mounted bespoke billet piston rods, larger forged pistons and increased the cylinder bores to 84 millimeters.

The tuning specialists also carried out the installment of a bespoke forced induction system and set up new turbochargers, together with a larger compressor unit. A carbon fiber ram-air intake system and a high-performance exhaust system of stainless steel with exhaust flaps round up the tech mods.

On the electronic side, there is a ECU with a new configuration. It is designed to makes the 4.5-liter V8 spit 900 horsepower and 1.250 Nm to the tarmac. In order to protect the drivetrain from smashing up in pieces, the experts decided to electronically limit the torque at 1.050 Nm.

Rocket science for Rocket performance, right?
