Mercedes present the brand new Mercedes GLC Coupe at New York Auto Show together with four new Mercedes-AMG models: E 43 4Matic with 401 HP, C 63 Cabriolet, GLC 43 4Matic and the facelifted CLA 45 AMG.
The new Mercedes GLC Coupe will be available with four diesel and four petrol engines including the AMG top version and a Plug-In Hybrid version.
The GLC Coupé has carried the design language of the show car presented in Shanghai in 2015 into production virtually unchanged as you can see in our exclusive presentation.
With the new GLC Coupe, the Mercedes SUV line comprises seven model ranges from the compact GLA to the luxurious GLS.
The first AMG treatment for the new E-Class come in the form of Mercedes-AMG E 43 4Matic: 4Matic wheel drive combined with the evolution of the 3.0 litre V6 biturbo engine which delivers now 401 HP instead of 367 HP in GLE 450 AMG Coupe or C 450 AMG.
Mercedes present at New York AutoShow a strong rival for the latest newcomers BMW X4 M40i and Porsche Macan GTS. The new Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4Matic delivers 367 HP and 520 Nm, 7 HP more than the macan GTS or X4 M40i and will be available from June 2016.
Mercedes-AMG C 63 Cabriolet gets the top 4.0 litre V8 bi-turbo engine from the saloon and the coupe in two output variants of 476 HP and 510 HP. The most powerful C-Class cabriolet will be available from August 2016.
Mercedes will present also the CLA facelift. The sporty and expressive design of the CLA has been further refined with new bumpers, a black diamond grille as standard and new alloy wheels. The interior likewise benefits from an array of upgrades, including new seat upholstery and trim elements as well as chromed control elements.
The Mercedes-AMG CLA 45 4MATIC now has an even more dynamic design, paired with additional interior refinements. With a peak output of 381 HP and maximum torque of 475 Nm, it is one of the most powerful vehicles in its segment.
